Legal measures are being taken against those who have delinquent school lunch fees

In order to operate the school lunch business and ensure the fairness and fairness of parents' burden, we are striving for thorough debt management and strengthening of debt collection.
Since 2018, we have been filing a demand for payment by the court for those who have delinquent school lunch fees.

A demand for payment is a procedure in which a court clerk asks the debtor (delinquent) to make payment in response to a petition by the creditor (city) regarding a claim for money, etc.
According to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, if an objection is filed, it will move to a lawsuit.

Note

For those who are in arrears, we are negotiating payment by demanding, calling, writing, or coming to the house, but for those who do not pay in full, we will take legal action at any time. So please don't leave it and contact us early.
If you forget to pay, please pay as soon as possible.
If you proceed to legal action, a notice will be sent from the court to your place of employment, and if you move to litigation, your personal information may be made public due to bills etc. .
