Regarding arrears collection for unpaid school lunch fees

Update date: April 1, 2022

Make sure to deliver by the due date

Based on the School Lunch Act, parents bear the cost of school meals.
Therefore, nonpayment of school lunch fees not only lacks fairness with parents who pay correctly, but also interferes with the management of school lunches.
Please be sure to pay the school lunch fee by the due date.

collection of delinquency

The school lunch fee is also a claim of the city.
For delinquents, we send demand letters and demand notices, and notify them by telephone or in person.
For delinquents who still do not pay, we will proceed with legal measures such as demanding payment by the court and compulsory execution (seizure of salaries, etc.).
Note: If you take legal action, you will be required to pay not only the school lunch fee unpaid amount, but also the costs of filing a petition with the court. If you have any unpaid bills, please contact us as soon as possible.
