We are implementing a multi-layered support system development project.

Update date: April 1, 2024

Towards a town where everyone can live in peace (aiming for a community-based society)

As citizens' lifestyles become more diverse, the challenges they face and their support needs are becoming more complex, diverse, and serious, making it necessary to provide support tailored to each individual citizen.
The city's basic philosophy is to "create a town where everyone can live together in the community, healthy and safe," and we will work to improve our consultation and support system to address people's problems, as well as to create a town where people support each other in the community and protect the dignity of individuals, so that everyone can live safely in the community.

What is a community-based society?

Rather than the traditional division of "supporters" and "supported," this is a society in which people transcend generations and attributes, each with a role to play and support each other, creating a community in which every resident can live with a sense of purpose.

Movement towards a community-based society (implementation of a multi-layered support system development project)

The city has launched five projects, including three new ones, while making use of existing projects. By implementing the five projects in an integrated manner, we will promote a comprehensive support system.

Inagi City Multi-layered Support System Development Project Implementation Plan

In order to implement the multi-layered support system development project appropriately and effectively, the city has formulated the "Inagi City Multi-layered Support System Development Project Implementation Plan."
This plan is positioned as the "Implementation Plan for the Development of a Multi-layered Support System" stipulated in Article 106-5 of the Social Welfare Law, and indicates specific matters for realizing the "Enhancement of the Comprehensive Support System" in the Fourth Inagi City Health and Welfare Comprehensive Plan. It will be in harmony with the Inagi City Long-Term Comprehensive Plan, the Inagi City Social Welfare Council Resident Activity Plan, and each individual welfare plan, and will be consistent with the items described.
