Complaint Resolution Committee
We accept questions and complaints about the use of health and welfare services and strive to resolve them appropriately and promptly to help you receive better services.
If you have any complaints or dissatisfaction with the welfare services you are currently receiving, in principle you should contact the service provider. However, if you are having trouble because you don't know how to complain, the service provider doesn't respond in good faith, or you find it difficult to speak to the service provider directly, please contact us.
In the event of a complaint, the Inagi City Health and Welfare Service Complaint Resolution Committee will coordinate with the business operator to resolve the complaint.
However, the following complaints cannot be handled.
- Cases where one year has passed since the date of the complaint
- Cases currently pending in court or that have been concluded through a judgment, settlement, etc.
- Cases where a complaint was filed or cases where a decision was taken
