Community power to prevent crime and delinquency and support rehabilitation

"Movement to Brighten Society" is a nationwide initiative where the power of the community prevents crime and delinquency and supports rehabilitation. It encourages all citizens to deepen their understanding of crime prevention and the rehabilitation of offenders, and to work together from their respective positions to build a crime-free community.

  2. Let's support the rehabilitation of those who have committed crimes or delinquent acts.

About the Activities of Probation Officers

Probation officers are appointed by the Minister of Justice and work in collaboration with probation officers to assist in the supervision and rehabilitation of individuals who have committed offenses, as well as to engage in activities to prevent crime and delinquency in cooperation with relevant organizations and agencies.
If you would like to know about the probation officers responsible for each district, please contact the Livelihood Welfare Division of the Welfare Department of Inagi City.

Initiatives of the Inagi City Promotion Committee

The Inagi City Promotion Committee is cooperating with various local organizations, including junior high school students in the city, to engage in public relations activities.

Street and Station Public Relations Activities

In early July, we conduct PR activities at locations such as Keio Yomiuriland Station, Keio Inagi Station, Keio Wakabadai Station, JR Yanokuchi Station, JR Inagi-Naganuma Station, JR Minami-Tama Station, and Hirao Danchi bus stop, where many groups including junior high school students participate and distribute PR goods such as wet wipes.
