In Inagi City, there are currently 64 Commissioned Welfare Volunteers and Child Committee Members, as well as Chief Child Committee Members, who are engaged in various activities to improve the welfare of local residents. Since Commissioned Welfare Volunteers, Child Committee Members, and Chief Child Committee Members have a duty of confidentiality, please feel free to consult with them.

  1. Role as an Antenna
This is a role as an antenna to identify citizens in need of welfare within the designated area. We monitor children, Older Adults, and people with disabilities on a daily basis.
  2. Consultation Services
As a close consultation partner for citizens, we provide support for Older Adults, people with disabilities, and Parenting households who need assistance. Additionally, we offer worry consultation at the complex welfare facility, Inagi City Welfare Center.
  3. Information Provision
We provide citizens with information about social welfare systems and various services.
  4. Contact and Reporting
We act as a liaison between local residents and administrative agencies, receiving consultations from those in need of support and making contacts or reports to welfare offices and other government agencies.
  5. Coordination
We are coordinating with relevant organizations to ensure that those in need of support can receive appropriate services.
  6. Support for Daily Living
We provide monitoring, encouragement, and home visits according to the needs of those requiring assistance.
  7. Role of Opinion Proposal
Through the activities of Commissioned Welfare Volunteers and Child Committee Members, we make proposals to the administration when new issues arise in the community.
