content
We will support elderly people who wish to continue living in Inagi City but find it difficult to sign a private rental housing contract because they do not have a guarantor. By paying the initial guarantee fee (annual guarantee fee from the second year onwards), you can receive a financial guarantee from a private guarantee company from the time you move in until you move out. The city subsidizes part of the initial guarantee fee paid to a private guarantee company.
Target households (households that satisfy all of the following)
(1) Single households aged 65 and over or households composed of people aged 65 and over (2) Having an address in the city for more than 1 year and living in the city (3) Private rental housing in the city (4) Having an emergency contact (relatives, acquaintances, etc.) (5) Not having a guarantor
Content and scope of debt guarantee
(1) Amount equivalent to monthly rent, monthly common service fee, monthly parking lot fee, etc. (2) Expenses required for removing household effects left behind when moving out of the house (equivalent to actual expenses)
(3) Expenses required for restoring the original state when moving out (amount based on the approval of the private guarantee company)
(4) Expenses required for legal procedures such as court proceedings (equivalent to actual expenses)
Guarantee fee
The guarantor fee paid to a private guarantor company by the head of a household who wishes to use this system is as follows.
(1) The initial guarantee fee is the amount obtained by multiplying the monthly rent, etc. in the lease contract by half.
(Any fraction less than 1 yen is rounded down.)
(2) The annual guarantee fee from the second year onwards shall be 10,000 yen.
Note: The city subsidizes only the initial guarantee fee of (1) (from 20,000 yen to 40,000 yen)
