Subsidy for the cost of special glasses, etc. associated with senile cataract surgery

Subsidize a portion of the cost of purchasing special glasses for people with senile cataracts whose vision can be restored through surgery, but who are unable to insert an artificial crystalline lens after surgery and require special glasses or contact lenses. To do.

Target audience

(1) People aged 65 or older who reside in the city. (2) People whose income is below the following thresholds: 0 dependents: threshold of 2,572,000 yen 1 dependent: threshold of 3,052,000 yen 2 dependents: threshold of 3,432,000 yen (3) People who are not receiving public assistance.
