Inagi Home Medical Care and Nursing Consultation Room

The city has established the "Inagi Home Medical and Nursing Care Consultation Room" within the Inagi City Medical Association as a point of contact for Older Adults and others who require both medical and nursing care, where they can receive consultations upon discharge and referrals for home medical care. Please feel free to consult us regarding any medical or nursing care inquiries from those receiving home care or their families.

We have created a "Home Visit Medical Guide for Inagi City Residents" to introduce doctors working in home visit clinics both within and outside the city. Please utilize this guide to facilitate smooth access to home medical care.

• Residents of the city who require both medical care and nursing care for home living
• Family of the above person
• Related organizations such as medical institutions, Community General Support Center, and home care support business operators
