The "Pay-easy Account Transfer Reception Service" is a service that allows you to apply for account transfers using only your cash card. You can easily complete the registration for account transfers at the City Hall counter without having to go to the financial institution's window.
With account transfers, you can save the hassle of going to make payments and avoid forgetting to pay. Please take advantage of this convenient service.

Target Subjects

Late-Stage Elderly Medical Care Insurance Premium (Ordinary Collection)

Reception Method

1. Please apply at the City Hall (Insurance and Pension Division), Hirao Branch Office, and Wakabadai Branch Office.
2. We will verify your identity using your Health Insurance Card or qualification confirmation document, driver's license, etc.
3. Please fill in your name and other details on the direct debit application form.
4. Please insert your cash card into the dedicated terminal at the counter and enter your PIN.

With the above procedures, your application will be completed on the spot.

• Note 1: We will not notify you of the completion of procedures or transfers, so please check using your passbook or other means.
• Note 2: Payments for previous years cannot be made via bank transfer. Please make the payment using the payment slip.

Late-Stage Elderly Medical Care insured individuals and their families
Note: The applicant must be the account holder. (Applications cannot be made with cards that are not in the applicant's name.)

1. Health Insurance Card or qualification confirmation document, driver's license, etc. for personal identification
2. Cash cards from the following financial institutions (PIN entry is required.)

Note: Some items, such as biometric authentication cash cards, cannot be accepted.

For financial institutions other than the above, you can apply by submitting the direct debit request form at the financial institution's counter, you can apply.

Deposit Type

In principle, only regular accounts (Yucho Bank's regular savings accounts) are supported. However, for Mizuho Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, current accounts are also supported.
