Inagi City National Health Insurance Medical Expense Notification
Inagi City National Health Insurance issues individual medical expense notifications only to those who request them.
If you need a notification of medical expenses, please contact the Inagi City National Health Insurance Section.
We will mail you a medical expense notification within two weeks of receiving your request (it takes time to create).
Annotation
・Please note that we cannot deliver the item on the spot you request it. (It will be delivered by mail.)
・Please contact us for the medical treatment months that can be issued.
As a guide,
It can be issued after the end of December for medical treatment up to October, after the end of January for medical treatment in November, and after the end of February for medical treatment in December.
・High-cost medical expenses and public expenses are not reflected. Please note that you will need to correct the amount yourself.

As a general rule, information for the medical treatment of the month before the previous month is updated on the 11th of each month.
However, there is some information that is not displayed, such as treatment costs for judo therapy, acupuncture, massage, and massage.
