"Pay-easy Account Transfer Application Service" is a service that allows you to apply for account transfers using only your cash card. You can easily complete the registration for account transfers on the spot without the need to fill out an account transfer request form or affix a bank seal.
With account transfers, you can save the hassle of going to make payments and avoid forgetting to pay. Please take advantage of this convenient service.

Reception Method

1. Please apply at the 4th window on the 2nd floor of City Hall (Long-Term Care Insurance Section, Senior Welfare Division), and at the counters of Hirao Branch Office and Wakabadai Branch Office.
2. We will verify your identity using identification documents such as a driver's license or Health Insurance Card.
3. Please fill in your name and other details on the "Direct Debit Application Form."
4. Please insert your cash card into the dedicated terminal at the counter and enter your PIN.

With the above procedures, your application will be completed on the spot.

• Note 1: We will not notify you of the completion of procedures or transfers, so please check using your passbook or other means.
• Note 2: Payments for past years and periods that have passed the due date cannot be made via direct debit. Please make your payment using the payment slip.

Note: The applicant must be the account holder (applications cannot be made with cards not in the applicant's name).

Note: Some items, such as biometric authentication cash cards, cannot be accepted.

Notes: Financial institutions other than those mentioned above can still accept applications via the usual account transfer method.

Deposit Type

In principle, only regular accounts (ordinary savings accounts at Japan Post Bank) are supported. However, for Mizuho Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, current accounts are also supported.
