Following the pilot (model) project that started on September 1, 2007, the Inagi City Care Support Volunteer System will be fully implemented starting April 1, 2008. Below, we are publishing materials regarding the progress leading up to the implementation of the system.

History of the System

This summarizes the progress from the establishment of the system to today.

Evaluation Committee Meeting Minutes

This is a summary of the minutes from the evaluation committee held during the trial implementation period (FY 2007).

Effects of Preventive Care in the Implementation of the System

This is a document regarding the setting of target values for long-term care prevention at the time of the system's establishment and the effects of introducing the system on suppressing long-term care insurance premiums.

Q&A about the system

At the time of the system's establishment, we compiled a Q&A regarding the framework of the system. There have been no significant changes since the establishment of the system to date.
