Flow of System Utilization

(1) Volunteer Registration

Register as a volunteer with the Social Welfare Council of Inagi City and receive the "Health Worry-Free Notebook (Long-Term Care Support Volunteer Notebook)."
Before starting activities, we recommend joining volunteer activity insurance (premium 300 yen; self-burden). For details, please contact the Social Welfare Council.

(2) Volunteer Activities

We will conduct caregiving support volunteer activities after receiving an introduction to volunteer activity facilities.

(3) Get a stamp in your notebook

After the volunteer activity is finished, show your notebook to the staff at the activity facility and have them stamp it.
Note: One stamp is given for about one hour of activity, with a maximum of two stamps per day.

(4) Granting of Evaluation Points and Application for Subsidies

You can submit the previous year's notebook to the Social Welfare Council of Inagi City and convert it into evaluation points based on the number of stamps (around April of the following year). Additionally, you can apply to convert the evaluation points into grants.

(5) Payment of Grants

After confirming the unpaid and overdue Long-Term Care Insurance premiums at City Hall, cash will be transferred to the designated financial institution's account through the Inagi City Social Welfare Council around August.
Note: A notification regarding the deposit and the received handbook will be sent from the Inagi City Social Welfare Council, so please check it.
