- Bone mass measurement (calcaneal ultrasound measurement)
- How to read medical examination results by public health nurses and registered dietitians, prevention of osteoporosis (lecture)
- Nutrition consultation (those deemed necessary based on test results)

Apply to the Inagi City Health Center using one of the methods (1), (2), (3), or (4).
(1) Postcard or (2) Envelope Please write "Osteoporosis Prevention Screening Request" in the subject line, your name (in hiragana), date of birth, address, and telephone number, and mail it to Inagi City Health Center.
(3) Apply from the LoGo form (external link)
(4) Fill out the designated form at the Inagi City Health Center. Opening hours: Weekdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and from December 29th to January 3rd)
