Target audience
A ticket for a free health checkup from the health center for those who will be 40 years of age or older during FY2020 and who do not have insurance as of April 1, 2021. will be sent.
For information on insurance coverage, please contact your insurance provider (issuer of your insurance card).
When to send the consultation ticket
Those aged 75 and over: early May
40 to 74 years old: Early June
