Request for Those Receiving a Health Checkup
If you meet any of the following criteria, you may be refused health checkup. If you are not feeling well, please consult your primary care physician as soon as possible.
Before Consultation
- Fever (a body temperature higher than normal, or a temperature of 37.5°C as a guideline.)
- Family members living together are unwell
- If you have cold symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, headache, joint or muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, taste disorders, or smell disorders within 7 days before the examination.
- Those who are close contacts of COVID-19 and are within the quarantine period indicated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare
- Those who have traveled to foreign countries and are within the quarantine period indicated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare
- Note: If the above symptoms persist, or if there are changes in the symptoms of underlying conditions (chronic illnesses), please consult a medical institution.
- Note: Reports indicate that Older Adults, individuals with underlying conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, or respiratory diseases, those undergoing dialysis, and those using immunosuppressants or chemotherapy may experience worsening symptoms if infected with COVID-19. If you have concerns about your health, please consider seeking medical attention in the next fiscal year.
When receiving medical examination
- Please wear a mask
- Ventilation will be conducted regularly during the health check. Please prepare something to wear, such as a cardigan, during the colder seasons.
- To prevent crowding and close contact, please adhere to the reception times and cooperate in shortening the health check-up duration.
- Please cooperate with the temperature measurement
- In addition, please follow the instructions of each medical institution when receiving medical examinations.
