As of November 1, 2024, 5 PM, the budget limit has been reached, and the subsidy program for fiscal year 2024 has ended.
Documents received by City Hall via mail or other means after November 1, 2024, 5 PM will be returned sequentially.
The resumption during fiscal year 2024 and the implementation for fiscal year 2025 are undecided. If resumption occurs, it will be announced on this page and through the email distribution service.

1 Solar Power Generation Equipment Modules registered in the JP-AC solar panel model registration list of the JPEA Agency Application Center, classified as type A registration, that have received certification from the Japan Electrical Safety & Environment Technology Laboratories (JET) or from overseas certification bodies that are members of the IECEE-PV-FCS system of the International Electrotechnical Commission, or those recognized by the mayor as having equivalent performance. These modules are to be installed on residential roofs, and the generated electricity is to be used in the residence where they are installed. 200,000 yen per 1kW

2 Home Fuel Cell System
(Enefarm)
Home fuel cell systems (nickname: Enefarm) certified by the Fuel Cell Promotion Association are installed on residential properties and used in the homes where they are located. Fixed amount of 20,000 yen
3 Battery Storage System Registered as a subsidized equipment in the Net Zero Energy House (ZEH) support project of the General Incorporated Association Environmental Co-Creation Initiative. It is to be installed on the premises of the residence and used in the residential house. Flat rate of 40,000 yen
4 Wood Pellet Stove Heating equipment designed and specified to use wood pellets (cylindrical shapes made from crushed wood sawdust) as fuel. It is to be installed on residential property and used in the residence. One-third of equipment costs
Maximum 50,000 yen
5 Fuel Cell Vehicle (FCV) Designated as eligible equipment for the clean energy vehicle introduction subsidy program of the General Incorporated Association Next Generation Automobile Promotion Center. The primary location of use must be within the city. Limited to private vehicles. Flat rate of 100,000 yen
6 Vehicle-to-Home System (V2H) This is designated as eligible equipment for the subsidy program for the introduction of clean energy vehicles by the General Incorporated Association Next Generation Automobile Promotion Center, and it must be installed in the same fiscal year as the equipment mentioned in item 1 and used in the residential housing where it is installed. 30,000 yen if installed in the same fiscal year as the above equipment
7 Insulation Renovation of Existing Windows and Doors Window materials registered as eligible equipment in the insulation renovation support project for existing homes by the Hokkaido Environmental Foundation. Door materials registered as eligible equipment in the Ministry of the Environment's Advanced Window Renovation 2024 project, which is being carried out simultaneously with window renovations.

Note

  • Eligible equipment is limited to unused items (leasing and used items are not allowed).
  • Applications are limited to one per person for each eligible model.
  • The equipment being applied for this time is limited to those that have not received subsidies from Inagi City for "Carbon Neutral Promotion Housing Equipment Installation Costs (formerly: Housing-Related Renewable Energy Equipment Installation Promotion Project)" in the past.

Eligible Applicants

Households that complete the installation of eligible equipment, etc. between January 1, 2024, and February 28, 2025, and have no arrears in Municipal Resident Tax or other Municipal Taxes (single-family homes, apartment buildings)
Note: There are additional conditions, so not all households will be eligible. For details, please refer to the "Application Guide."

Subsidy Budget Amount

9,060,000 yen
Note: We will announce it on the website, etc., as soon as the budget limit is reached. Please refer to the "Application Guide" and cooperate with early applications.

Note: Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that applications via the LoGo form and at the counter are prioritized, and mail applications will be processed last based on the order of arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

Application Acceptance Period (Closed)

From July 1, 2024 (Monday) to March 14, 2025 (Friday)

  • Note: The counter is open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to noon and from 1 PM to 5 PM (submissions at the Branch Office are not allowed)
  • Note: If submitting by mail, it must arrive by March 14, 2025 (Friday)
  • Note: The LoGo form can be submitted 24 hours a day except during maintenance hours, but applications submitted after 5 PM will be received as of 8:30 AM on the next business day.
