About collection reservation of oversized garbage, we added to acceptance over conventional telephone and started acceptance on the Internet.
Currently, due to the influence of the new coronavirus infection, the amount of time spent at home is increasing, and the reception of oversized garbage is concentrated. Please use the Internet reception positively to solve the congestion of the telephone reception.

1. Please be sure to read the precautions on the Internet reception page before applying.
2. Start the application from the "Apply" button at the bottom of the Internet reception page.
3. Enter your email address and press the "Apply for Oversized Garbage Collection" button. An email with a new reception URL will be sent to the email address you entered.
4. Access the URL described in the email and enter the applicant information, discharge place, item, and collection date.
5.On the application confirmation screen, check that there are no errors in the information you have entered, and apply.
6. You will receive a "Receipt Completion Notification" email.
7. The day before the collection day, you will receive a "Notice of the day before collection" email.
8.Affix the Oversized Garbage Disposal Ticket to the item and dispose of it at the designated disposal area.
