Handling of recyclable beverage containers such as PET bottles
How to dispose of recyclable items such as PET bottles while recuperating at home
Normally, PET bottles and paper containers and packaging that are discharged as recyclables must be incinerated to prevent infection.
Put it in the combustible garbage bag (yellow) and dispose of it on the combustible garbage collection day.
Cans and bottles are sorted by hand during the recycling process, so please wait about a week before disposing of them.
As it is assumed that there are many asymptomatic infected people, it is important to properly handle the disposal of beverage containers and other items discharged from homes.
According to the website of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the new coronavirus on the surface of things is said to break down over time, so in order to prevent workers from being infected, drink containers such as plastic bottles should be kept for about a week. Please wait before ejecting.
