In order to smoothly develop location shooting within Inagi City, a new organization called "Inagi Location Service (ILS)" has been formed through collaboration among Inagi City, the Inagi City Tourism Association, and Day Night Co., Ltd. (a private specialized company) to promote filming and provide paid filming support.
Inagi Location Service serves as a comprehensive contact point (one-stop service) for various adjustments related to location shooting in public facilities and provides support for filming activities.

About Photography Support

If you wish to conduct filming at public facilities, it is a prerequisite to accept filming support provided by Day Night Co., Ltd., which is contracted by the Inagi City Tourism Association.
The content of the filming support includes application for facility use, coordination with the facility being used, and on-site attendance during filming, and we will provide one-stop support from the consultation about filming to the actual shoot. Additionally, leveraging our extensive network, we will do our best to accommodate filming at private facilities as well, so please consult us if you have any requests.
Please note that a filming fee based on the regulations of Day Night Co., Ltd. will need to be paid for filming support, so please be aware of this in advance.

Main Steps Until Filming

(1) Photography Consultation

Please contact the Inagi Location Service with the details of your desired shoot (date, time, location, etc.) at least one month in advance.
Note: If you wish to shoot at Public Facilities, please check the availability of the facilities that can be confirmed through the Inagi City Public Facilities Reservation System in advance.

(2) Submission of Application Form for Photography Support, Project Proposal, etc.

If there are generally no issues with the shooting content, please submit the Application Form for filming support, the confirmation document regarding filming achievements, and the project proposal, etc. to the Inagi Location Service.

(3) Confirmation and adjustment of shooting content

The Inagi Location Service will review the content of the Application Form for filming support, project proposals, etc., and coordinate with the facility manager.

(4) Application for facility use and payment of facility usage fees (in the case of Public Facilities)

The facility usage application form (Application for Permission to Use Administrative Property, Application for Permission to Conduct Activities in Inagi City Parks, etc.) will be submitted to the facility manager by Inagi Location Services three weeks before the shooting date.

(5) Decision on Accepting Filming

The Inagi Location Service and facility managers will discuss and promptly inform the filming company of the acceptance or rejection of the shoot.

(6) Day of Shooting

After the shooting is completed, you will need to pay the shooting fee, facility usage fee, etc. to the Inagi Location Service.
