Regarding omission of application/notification form stamping
Among application forms, notification forms, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Application Forms, etc.") that are required to be submitted based on the provisions of the Fire Services Act, etc., those that require a seal in the form specified by the Fire Services Act, etc. must not be stamped. Even if you don't, we will accept it.
In this case, please note that if it is deemed necessary to confirm the authenticity of the application, etc., we may contact you by phone, etc.
