Attention to arson fire

Since December 2019, cases of suspected arson or arson have occurred one after another in the city.

The fire department and the police are conducting patrols, but in order to prevent arson fires, please try to create an environment where no arson can occur, and if you see a suspicious person, please report it to the police or fire department.

For the time being, the city will take special precautions against fires as follows.

  • Special fire warning by fire department and fire brigade
  • Night patrols by city officials
  • Reinforcement of patrol alert by Tama Central Police Station
  • Providing information to residents' associations, etc.
  • Installation of flags for fire prevention enlightenment
