Rights and duties of citizens

 Each citizen is the main body responsible for promoting city government. Therefore, we have basic rights and duties as residents.
Citizens have the obligation to pay city taxes, etc., and have the right to participate in city administration. In addition to having the right to participate in elections, you also have the following rights to make direct claims:
Requests for audits of illegal property disposal, petitions, and petitions are also recognized as citizens' rights.
