Congress Secretariat

Updated: October 26, 2006

　A secretariat is established to assist the activities of the city council. The secretariat assists in the operation of plenary sessions and committees, and creates materials necessary for parliamentary activities. In addition, we create ``minutes'' that record the deliberations of plenary sessions and committees, and publish ``City Council Newsletter'' to inform citizens about the status of the assembly.
