Special Committee

Special Committee on Supplementary Budgets

1. Constant 10 people
2. Purpose of Establishment
   To examine the Supplementary Budget and related proposals (proposals related to the Supplementary Budget), it is established at each Regular Session, reports the examination results during the Regular Session, and makes decisions. Furthermore, the Special Committee is established as necessary for the examination of specific proposals or the investigation of matters.
3. Composition
   It is composed of half of the 20 members, excluding the Chairperson and the auditors elected by the council.

Special Committee on Settlement of Accounts

1. Constant 10 people
2. Purpose of Establishment
   To examine the settlement of each account, it was established during the September Regular Session and will be thoroughly reviewed over a period of three days. The results of the examination will be reported and voted on during the September Regular Session.
3. Composition
   It is composed of half of the 20 members, excluding the Chairperson and the auditors elected by the council.

Special Budget Committee

1. 21 members
2. Purpose of Establishment
   To review the initial budgets of each account, it will be established at the March Regular Session. Additionally, three Subcommittees have been set up to conduct detailed reviews. During the March Regular Session, the committee will report the results of its review and make decisions.
3. Composition
   It is composed of 21 members excluding the chairperson.
