I found my lost Basic Resident Register card, what should I do?

If you have lost your Basic Resident Register card and have been temporarily suspended, you will need to take procedures to cancel the suspension. Please be sure to come to the counter as we do not accept reports over the phone.
If you have already received a reissue, please return the found card as it has expired.
