What is a resident card code? How do I change it?

A resident record code is an 11-digit number assigned to all people recorded in the Basic Resident Register network system for nationwide identity verification.
Since it is automatically numbered, you cannot choose the number, but if you wish to change it, you can change it by submitting a notification. For more information, please refer to the "Basic Resident Register Network System/Resident Record Code" page .
