I would like to abolish my Basic Resident Register card, what should I do?

Please bring your Basic Resident Register card to the Citizen's Section of the city hall and submit a notification of abolition.
If you have lost your Basic Resident Register card, please report it to the police station and then submit a notification of abolition.
