QuestionMy pet has passed away. Is a death notification necessary?

Response

Required only in the case of dogs.
Please submit the Notification of Death to the Health Center or report it to the Ministry of the Environment's website "Dog and Cat Microchip Registration" within 30 days. Additionally, the Notification of Death can also be submitted electronically.

Dogs with microchips

Please report the death from the site for "Microchip Information Registration for Dogs and Cats."

Dogs without microchips

You can submit the death notification to the Health Center or apply electronically.
