QuestionI want to know about abandoned bicycles.

Response

Abandoned bicycles refer to bicycles that are left in public places such as roads and around stations, where the users are away from the bicycles and cannot move them immediately.
The problems caused by abandoned bicycles include obstacles for pedestrians, obstacles for vehicles, a decline in the aesthetic appearance of the city, and security issues.
The city is working to prevent this by designating no-parking zones and assigning instructors.
