A My Number Card (Individual Number Card) is required. If you do not have one, please obtain a My Number Card. Additionally, other identification documents may be required, so for more details, please refer to the "Electronic Certificate for My Number Card (Individual Number Card)" page.
Note: The issuance and renewal of electronic certificates for the Basic Resident Registration Card has ended as of December 22, 2015.
