QuestionI would like to know about the disaster message board service.

The usage methods differ for each carrier such as NTT for landlines and docomo, au, SoftBank, WILLCOM, and Y!mobile for mobile phones, so please check in advance.

  1. NTT Disaster Message Dial "171" (Voice)
    You can dial 171 to register or confirm safety information. It is also available from mobile phones.
  2. Disaster Message Board for Mobile Phones
    You can register and check messages with NTT Docomo, au, SoftBank, public telephones, and more. Interlinking of message boards has been established among telecommunications companies. For details, please contact each company.
  3. Experience Services
    On the 1st and 15th of every month, during the New Year holidays (from January 1 to January 3), Disaster Prevention and Volunteer Week (from January 15 to January 21), and Disaster Prevention Week (from August 30 to September 5), you can experience the NTT Disaster Message Dial "171" and some mobile phone disaster message boards.
