Reasons why Inagi City does not outsource administrative work to the Tokyo Fire Department

Article 6 of the Fire Service Organization Law stipulates that firefighting affairs are ``responsibility for firefighting of municipalities,'' and that ``municipalities have the responsibility to adequately carry out firefighting in their areas.'' In addition, according to Article 7 of the Fire Service Organization Law, firefighting management in municipalities is to be managed by the mayor of the municipality in accordance with the ordinances of the municipality.
For this reason, the city has set up a firefighting headquarters, fire station, and branch office as part of its firefighting system. I'm here.
