In order to transfer rights to farmland for cultivation purposes (by buying and selling, donating, leasing, etc.), permission from the Agricultural Committee is required in accordance with Article 3 of the Agricultural Land Act. Transfers of ownership or establishment of leasehold rights without this permission will not be valid.
If you acquire agricultural land through inheritance or other means without following the Agricultural Land Act, you are required to file a notification.
A notification is required if agricultural land within the urbanization area is changed to something other than agricultural land.
When changing farmland within an urbanized area to something other than farmland that involves the transfer of ownership, a notification pursuant to Article 5 of the Agricultural Land Act is required.
This certificate is required when a person who acquires farmland or other property through inheritance or bequest applies for a special exemption from paying inheritance tax.
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Productive Green Space Act, this is proof required when making a purchase offer to the mayor for productive green space.
Note: The contact point for purchasing requests is the Urban Development Planning Division, City Construction Department. For more information, please contact the Town Development Planning Division.
Those who are eligible for special inheritance tax deferment are required to submit a renewal notification to the tax office every three years after the filing deadline.
When submitting a notification of continuation, a certificate to the effect that you are continuing to carry out agricultural management will be required as an attached document, so please submit two copies of the application to the Agriculture Committee.
This is a necessary document when agreeing to cancel the lease of farmland.
In principle, applications received by the 25th (or the previous business day if the 25th falls on a weekend) will be reviewed by the Agriculture Committee the following month. However, some applications require the Agriculture Committee to inspect the site in the presence of the applicant before review, so depending on the schedule of the inspection, the review month may be the month after the following month. Please contact the secretariat regarding the deadline for applications for general assembly deliberations in January and May.
