Note : "Tax paid amount" indicates the amount for which payment has been confirmed at the city hall. It takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks (approximately 3 days for a tax payment certificate for continued inspection of light vehicles) from the date of payment until the payment can be confirmed at the city hall and a tax payment certificate can be issued. If you need a tax certificate that reflects the amount you paid immediately after payment, please bring a receipt with a receipt stamp from a financial institution or convenience store.
1st tax for 1 year (corporate municipal tax for 1 business year): 300 yen (100 yen more if mailed)
Tax payment certificates for continuous inspections that can be used for light vehicle inspections are free of charge.

Note : If the applicant is a Tokyo Partnership Declarant, they must present a Tokyo Partnership Declaration Scheme Acceptance Certificate .
Note : When a person who holds representative authority in a corporation applies for a certificate relating to that corporation, the application form must be stamped with the seal of the representative of the corporation .
Note 1 : Even if you are a representative, you do not need a power of attorney if you are applying for a tax payment certificate for continued inspection of a light vehicle, as long as the name, address, and vehicle number of the taxpayer can be confirmed correctly .
Note 2 : When an employee of a corporation applies for a certificate related to the corporation, it is necessary to affix the seal of the corporation's representative on the application form and present a document proving that the employee is an employee (employee card, etc.) is.
If you have difficulty coming to the counter because you live far away, we also accept requests by mail, so please use this option.
If requesting by mail, please enclose the following documents and send them to the Storage Department. We will send you a tax payment certificate at a later date.
