Response to reports

By making a three-way call between the dispatcher, the foreign caller, and the operator, it is possible to obtain accurate information, shorten the time required to issue a dispatch order, and provide verbal guidance on first aid.

Responding to fires and emergency situations

By using mobile phones owned by the ambulance crews to alternately talk to the operator, the volunteers working at the fire/emergency scene and the injured can obtain detailed information about the injured and sick, and the communication with the hospital. Information can be shared and appropriate measures can be taken.
