Overview of multilingual interpretation services

In order to facilitate calls to 119 from people who have difficulty communicating in Japanese, such as foreigners living or working in Inagi City, and responding at disaster sites, we operate a simultaneous interpretation service by telephone interpreters. .

Fire/emergency response

By using the mobile phones owned by emergency teams and the injured and sick people working at fire/emergency sites, etc., they can take turns talking with operators, allowing them to obtain detailed information about the injured and sick, and improve communication with hospitals. Information sharing and appropriate measures can be taken.
