• Each group should prepare a protective net, base, ball, etc. for rubber-ball baseball.
• There is a pair of soccer goals, but please prepare a ball and goal net for each group. Also, please draw your own line.
• Each group should prepare balls and goalposts for ground golf.

Note: The facility usage fee will be exempted for city groups that have registered for use. (Nighttime lighting of the ground and the air conditioning usage fee of the gymnasium are not subject to exemption.)

Application for use

For usage application, please see the usage guide (athletic facilities) of the public facility reservation system .
Note: Applications for non-registered groups and out-of-town groups will be accepted only at the Friend Hirao window from the 21st of the month before the month of use. However, on days when Friend Hirao is closed (Mondays and from December 29th to January 3rd), you cannot apply directly at the window or apply on the day.

Night game use

Manual switch method. Please pay the usage fee at the Friend Hirao reception desk on the day of use and borrow the key for the operation door. Please return it to the reception after use. However, if the date of use is a Monday (a day when Friend Hirao is closed), please pay the usage fee in advance while the reception desk is open, and take out the key from the mailbox at the entrance of the gymnasium on the day of use. Afterwards, please return it to the mailbox at the entrance of the gymnasium.
Please bring your registration card when paying the usage fee.

Use of air conditioning (gymnasium)

If you wish to use air conditioning, please purchase a prepaid card from the automatic ticket vending machine at the Third Cultural Center. The purchase price is 1,000 yen per ticket (2 hours). It can be used for 500 yen per hour.
