• Free for less than 1 hour
• 200 yen for 1 to 2 hours
• Over 2 hours: 200 yen plus 100 yen per hour
• Maximum charge per 24 hours: 1,200 yen (1,200 yen plus 100 yen for each hour up to 24 hours)

• Emergency vehicles, used by the national government or other local governments for official business
• Persons with disabilities (persons with a physical disability certificate, mental disability insurance welfare certificate, or rehabilitation certificate)

Note: This also applies if the accompanying person is driving.

The city hall parking lot is free for use for less than 1 hour, but if it exceeds 1 hour, the parking fee can be reduced or exempted depending on the content of use.

Contents of exemption

• Parking fee will be exempted (free) during facility use hours.

Exemption conditions

1. If it takes more than 1 hour due to city procedures or consultations, etc.
2. Attendees of various meetings (conferences, councils, councils, board meetings, etc.) hosted or secretariat by the city
3. Lecturers, staff, and guests (guests of honor, guests, etc.) of various projects (training, lectures, special events, etc.) sponsored or managed by the city
4. Attendees of general meetings, board meetings, etc. of organizations equivalent to the city, organizations co-sponsored with the city, and organizations with which the city collaborates, lecturers, staff, and invited guests (main guests, guests, etc.) of events, etc.
5. Businesses who have visited the city for pick-up and delivery, businesses to which the city outsources work, etc.

How to apply for exemption

1. If you have been using the counter for more than one hour, please report to each counter (department in charge).
2. We hand "parking service ticket" that parking rate in use time becomes free at each window (department in charge).
3. Take the "parking service ticket" and come to the "parking ticket service window".
4. The staff at the parking ticket service window will process the parking ticket for the city hall parking lot with an authentication machine to make the parking fee free during the usage time, so please use the parking ticket after free processing at the payment machine.

Note: Please leave the parking lot within 15 minutes.
Note: If you use the second parking lot and receive a reduction or exemption, you need to issue a parking ticket at the payment machine.

• Those who used the facilities of the city hall, fire station, central educational counseling room, central cultural center, and regional promotion plaza

Contents of exemption

• The parking fee will be 200 yen for 1 hour to 4 hours. Note: Less than 1 hour is free

How to apply for exemption

1. Bring your parking ticket to the "parking ticket service window" and tell them that you have used each facility.
2. The staff at the parking ticket service window will process the reduction of the parking ticket using the authentication machine.

Note: If you use the second parking lot and receive a reduction or exemption, you need to issue a parking ticket at the payment machine.

Target audience

• Those who used the city hall basement "Citizen's dining room Nashi no Ki" and the central cultural center "Cafe Porano"

How to apply for exemption

1. For those who use the restaurant, we will give you a free ticket for 1 hours.
2. When leaving the parking lot, after inserting the parking ticket into the exit adjustment machine, insert the 1-hour free ticket.

The one-hour free ticket for the municipal park parking lot distributed by the Child Care Support Division can be used as a one-hour free ticket for the city hall parking lot. The usage method is as follows.
Note: The 1-hour free ticket for the city park parking lot cannot be used at the payment machine in the city hall parking lot, so be sure to come to the "parking ticket service window".

Target audience

• Those who have a one-hour free ticket for the municipal park parking lot distributed by the Child-rearing Support Division

Note: This free ticket is issued upon application to representatives of guardians raising preschool children registered in the Inagi City Basic Resident Register.

• Free within 2 hours. (1 hour free ticket issued)

How to apply for exemption

1. Please submit the parking ticket for the city hall parking lot and the one-hour free ticket for the city park parking lot to the "parking ticket service window". Note: Submitted 1-hour free tickets will not be returned.
2. The staff at the parking ticket service window will use the authentication machine to reduce the parking ticket for the city hall parking lot, so please use the parking ticket after the reduction process at the payment machine.

Target audience

• When the Athletic Association, Federation of Arts and Culture Organizations, Social Education Group (Registered Community Center Group A) uses the facilities of the Central Cultural Center/Regional Promotion Plaza

Contents of exemption

• Exemption during facility use hours (free) with a maximum of 2 vehicles for transport vehicles and lecturer vehicles

How to apply for exemption

1. After using each facility (when returning the key), you will be asked to apply for exemption from the parking fee by submitting a report.　
2. The staff at the parking ticket service window will check the report and process it free of charge with a certification machine.
