Inagi City has a long history since it was born as Inagi Village in 1899. The baton that our predecessors carefully protected, nurtured, and accumulated history is now entrusted to us. At this milestone, the 50th anniversary of the city's establishment, I felt a new attachment to my town, Inagi, and was proud of it, hoping that this baton would be passed on to the next generation.
