Formulation of "Basic Policy on Urban Planning Roads in Tokyo"

Updated: December 15, 2019

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government, special wards, and 26 cities and 2 towns will jointly conduct surveys and studies on city planning roads that have not yet been started, excluding priority development routes, etc., verify methods for reviewing city planning roads, and change plans for individual routes. We have formulated a basic policy that indicates our response policy.
The basic policy can be viewed on the website of the Bureau of Urban Development, Tokyo Metropolitan Government (external link) , Tokyo Citizens Information Room (Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1, 3rd floor), and the window of each municipality.
