Inagi City Public Relations Bulletin Board

In city, we install public information bulletin board in the city as one of the means to convey information widely to citizen's everybody.
If you wish to post on the public information bulletin board, please refer to the terms of use and submit a usage application to the secretary and public relations section or Hirao branch office.

Notices that can be posted

Posts that can be posted on bulletin boards shall fall under any of the following.

  1. Matters related to events hosted, co-sponsored, or sponsored by the city or the city board of education
  2. Matters related to events hosted or co-sponsored by government agencies
  3. Matters related to events held at public facilities in the city or neighboring cities

Notices that cannot be posted

Items that fall under any of the following or are considered to fall under any of the following items cannot be posted.

  1. Anything contrary to public order and morals
  2. Things that impair the city's neutrality, public nature, or dignity
  3. Political activities, religious activities, or those for the purpose of profit
  4. Events that significantly limit the target audience, such as gatherings for members only
  5. Events held at private homes
  6. Anything for the purpose of recruiting or recruiting members or members
  7. Posts that have been disallowed in the past

Application for posting

  1. Groups wishing to post on the public information bulletin board should submit an application to the Secretariat and Public Relations Division or the Hirao Branch Office and receive permission to post. The posting period shall be a maximum of 60 days from the date of receiving permission to post.
  2. When posting is permitted, a posting permission stamp will be stamped on the poster, so please bring the required number of originals when applying.

Posting on bulletin boards, etc.

  1. Posting, removal, etc. of notices, etc. should be done by the group that uses it.
  2. Please post notices with a posting permission stamp. In addition, in order to prevent the poster from deteriorating due to wind and rain, etc. and to prevent the posting permission stamp from disappearing, please perform lamination before posting.
  3. Each group should prepare thumbtacks, etc. for posting.
  4. Posting that protrudes from the public information bulletin board and posting over other notices is prohibited.
  5. When the posting permission period has passed, please remove it promptly at each organization.
