Inquiries to each department

You can contact us using the email form regarding the work of each department.
Your inquiry will first be received by the Secretariat and Public Relations Division, and then forwarded to the division in charge, who will respond to your inquiry.
Please note that responses will be provided at a later date (on the opening day of the office). It may take several days for us to respond, so if you are in a hurry, please call us when the office is open.
Please also check the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of the city's website to see if there are any similar questions before contacting us.
When using the service, please check the following notes before entering your information.
Notes
●If you do not wish to respond, you do not need to enter your name or address.
If you wish to receive a response, please be sure to enter your name, address (including building name and room number), and email address accurately, and select "I would like to receive a response" in the "Request for response" column.
We will not be able to respond if the information is incomplete.
●Only the information you enter will be sent. We will not be able to respond if there is an error in your email address, etc., so please check carefully. Also, if you have set up your email reception settings to prevent spam, please enable the following domain (@city.inagi.lg.jp) to receive emails .
●The entered information cannot be confirmed after sending. If necessary, please print it out or save it to your desktop yourself. (Please note that the city has not sent an email confirmation of receipt.)
●The personal information entered in this email form will not be disclosed to any third party without the consent of the person making the inquiry.
●The department in charge will respond directly. Please note that in such cases, we may respond by means other than email.
●If you do not know the "Contact person (department name)", please select "Department in charge unknown". After confirming the contents at the Secretary and Public Relations Division, the contents will be forwarded to the appropriate department. Please also note that even if you specify the department in charge, depending on the content, a different department may respond.
●Please give your inquiry a subject and keep it concise.
●After entering the information and pressing the confirmation button, you will be redirected to the "Input Contents Confirmation Screen". Please confirm and press the send button if you agree . (Please note that if you forget to press the send button, it will not be sent)
After a while, you will be redirected to the "Send completion screen" and the process will be completed.
●You cannot make various applications or notifications using this email form. Please follow the application instructions for each project.
We will not respond to the following content
● Things that do not have accurate name and address written on them.
- Content that slanders specific individuals or organizations, or content that violates public order and morals.
● Survey or questionnaire requests from administrative agencies, companies, organizations, individuals, etc. (please contact us directly by phone)
● Profit/PR activities of companies, individuals, and organizations and similar activities
●Inquiries regarding personal information (We cannot answer by email, so please contact us directly by phone.)
●Repeated inquiries for the same purpose by the same person ●Inquiries that are not under the jurisdiction of the city (civil affairs, other local governments, etc.)
