green master plan

The Basic Plan for Greenery is stipulated in Article 4 of the Urban Green Space Law as the ``basic plan for the conservation and promotion of green spaces in cities, towns and villages in cities (omitted)'', and promotes proper conservation and greening of green spaces within city limits. It is general plan about green to devise as contents such as measures for the aim and realization to carry out measure about promotion comprehensively and systematically.
