If you would like to observe the meeting, please come to the venue between 9:10 and 9:20 a.m. on the day of the meeting. After filling out the observation application form, you will be given an observation ticket.
Note 1: If the agenda is not disclosed, you will not be able to observe the meeting.
Note 2: If there are a large number of people wishing to observe the hearing, admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis and some people may be refused admission.
