As this is a new position being established from fiscal year 2025, we will notify you officially of your employment once the resolution has been passed.

Note: If overtime work occurs, compensation will also be paid for that time.

Working hours

General office worker/childcare worker     

7 hours and 45 minutes between 8:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. (1 hour break, 6 hours and 45 minutes of actual work)

Educational counselor (qualified)

8 hours and 45 minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (including 1 hour break and 7 hours and 45 minutes of actual work)

Afterschool club supporter

10:30am to 6:15pm, 7 hours and 45 minutes (1 hour break, 6 hours and 45 minutes actual work)
Note: During school holidays, work will be between 8:30am and 6:15pm for 7 hours and 45 minutes (including 1 hour break and 6 hours and 45 minutes of actual work).

school social worker

9:00am to 4:45pm, 7 hours and 45 minutes (including 1 hour break, 6 hours and 45 minutes actual work)

Five-day work week, annual paid leave (10 days per year), year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, congratulatory or condolence leave, etc.

Appointment period

Since appointments are made on a fiscal year basis, the first year will be from the date of commencement of work to the end of the fiscal year (March 31).
Regarding employees who have been appointed as substitutes for employees who are on leave such as childcare leave, even based on the results of the above personnel evaluation, the appointment will be until the employee returns to work (the appointment period will be notified at the beginning of the fiscal year).
In addition, all positions have a one-month conditional recruitment period (work conditions are the same as when officially hired).

End-of-term diligence allowances are paid in June and December depending on work status and performance.

A separate commuting allowance will be paid if the conditions for enrolling in welfare pension, social insurance, industrial accident, and employment insurance are met.
