What is a business plan for supporting startups based on the Industrial Competitiveness Enhancement Act?

In the "Industrial Competitiveness Enhancement Act" that came into force on January 20, 2014, in order to promote the creation of local businesses, private start-up support businesses (regional financial institutions, NPOs, chambers of commerce and industry, etc.) and In cooperation with each other, municipalities will formulate a "startup support business plan" to implement start-up support, and the government will certify it.
In the "Amended Industrial Competitiveness Enhancement Act" that came into effect on July 9, 2018, the name of the plan was changed to "Business Plan for Supporting Startups, etc." Entrepreneurial Momentum Fostering Project) has become a new target.

Specific start-up support projects based on start-up support business plans

“Specific start-up support, etc.” refers to a continuous support project that allows you to acquire all the knowledge about management, finance, human resource development, and market development among the businesses in the start-up support business plan. Various preferential treatment will be applied to those who meet the conditions.
Inagi City has positioned the Founding Genki Juku as a “specified start-up support project”.

Exemption from registration and license tax

When establishing a company (stock company, limited liability company, general partnership company, limited partnership company), the registration and license tax is exempted.
(1) 0.35% of capital (usually 0.7%) for stock companies and limited liability companies
Note: The minimum tax amount is 75,000 yen (usually 150,000 yen) for joint-stock companies and 30,000 yen (usually 60,000 yen) for limited liability companies.
(2) General partnership and limited partnership
30,000 yen per case (usually 60,000 yen)
