Counseling room
- When you have concerns about a product or service contract, when you get involved in trouble with fraudulent business practices, when you suffer damage due to a product accident, or when you have other concerns about consumer life, our specialist counselors will answer your questions. You can consult by phone or in person (please contact us in advance just in case). Please feel free to contact us.

Document exhibition room
- We collect and disseminate useful information for food safety, the environment, contracts, transactions, finance, and other aspects of daily life. You can browse various materials such as booklets, documents, videos, and DVDs related to consumer life. There is also a rental service, so please use it for broadcasting at study meetings, lectures, etc., or for personal study.
- You can also use a computer connected to the Internet. Please inquire at the reception when using the facilities.

Lecture room
- We carry out lecture, meeting to plan consumer enlightenment. It can be used for study sessions and meetings related to consumer life. We rent room to city consumer groups. (User registration is required in advance.) The usage fee is free, but a reservation is required. Reservations can be made by phone or in person from 3 months prior to use.

About the use of color printers
- Who can use: Those who live or work in the city who use the consumer affairs center
- Please fill in the application form at the reception desk of the consumer affairs center and use it.
- About payment of rate, after printing, you come to city hall citizen cooperation section citizen life section and will have you pay in the nearest financial institution within seven days after printing.
- The consumer affairs center provides support for learning activities related to consumer life. We cannot accept printing for purposes other than consumer activities, or printing for profit, political or religious activities.

DVD rental
DVDs about consumer life, such as fraudulent business practices and finance, are available for free rental.
The rental period is within 2 weeks from the date of rental. Please inquire at the reception desk of the Consumer Affairs Center.
About consumer affairs center management meeting
The Consumer Affairs Center Management Council is composed of nine members and conducts the following activities with the aim of disseminating knowledge about consumer life to citizens.
- Promotion of "Consumer Affairs Consultation Room", collection and exhibition of information and materials related to consumer life
- Enlightenment to prevent remittance scams and fraudulent business practices
- Planning and holding consumer lectures (cooking classes using local vegetables, hands-on experience of harvesting local vegetables for parents and children, social studies field trips for adults, etc.)
- Living Festa
- Consumer enlightenment at citizen festival
- Providing consumer awareness and information by editing and publishing "Consumer Affairs Center Dayori"
- Support for consumer groups
Lecturer dispatch system (assistance for lecturer fees, etc.)
The Inagi City Consumer Affairs Center Management Council supports organizations that plan and operate consumer lectures, such as instructor fees.
Requirements for consumer groups that can receive assistance in dispatching lecturers
- Groups of 3 or more people, including more than half of those who live or work in the city
- Organizations whose representatives are clear
- Organizations that are not intended for profit, political or religious activities
Course requirements for instructor dispatch
- The course must be related to consumer activities.
- The course must not be for the purpose of profit-making, specific political party or religious activities.
- The course must be held at the Inagi City Consumer Affairs Center or other public facilities.
- Being a course that is open to citizens other than groups.
Subsidy amount and subsidy application for instructor dispatch
Subsidy amount
- Instructor fee (up to the compensation cost standard set by the city)
- In addition to instructor fees, expenses required for dispatching instructors (up to 5,000 yen)
