What is the Citizen Group Information Station?

This is a dedicated site where information about citizen organizations can be posted.
Please use it for PR of your organization, recruitment of members, and announcements of events.

We are recruiting organizations that wish to be featured on this site.

Note: Full operation is scheduled for early April

For those who want to publish group information

Target Organization

Organizations that fall under any of the following and meet all of items 1 to 8 in the latter section

• Organizations such as Neighborhood Associations in Inagi City
• Registered organizations of Community Centers, sports facilities, and school sports facilities in Inagi City
• Registered Organizations of Inagi Citizen Activity Support Center
• An organization consisting of five or more members with a main activity base in Inagi City

1. An organization whose representative is an adult and resides, works, or studies in the city.
2. An organization where more than half of the members reside, work, or study in the city.
3. Voluntary activity groups formed by the voluntary participation of citizens and others.
4. Organizations engaged in activities that do not violate public order and morals and are not likely to receive social criticism.
5. Not for profit.
6. Not primarily intended for religious or political activities.
7. This is not intended to recommend, support, or oppose specific candidates for public office, individuals in public office, or political parties.
8. Not to benefit organized crime as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups (Law No. 77 of 1991).

Application Procedure

2. Enter the required information in the application form
3. The city will confirm the application details and publish them on the Citizen Group Information Station

Note: It takes about 10 days (business days) from application to publication.
