Applications can be made by phone, in person (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), or through the application form below until Friday, September 20, 2024.
If the number of applications exceeds the capacity, a lottery will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024.
When drawing lots, priority will be given to those who are applying for a Parent and Child Class for the first time (only successful applicants will be contacted).
